Charity Football Pool – WE HAVE A WINNER!

Charity Football Image REV 9.2

A week after both of our remaining players submitted losing picks, and regained their positions via “mulligan”, we’ve now got a winner.

Jon Vining of Minnesota is the winner of the first Austin Hardware Charity Football Pool.

Jon’s Week #11 pick of the Seattle Seahawks, who easily defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 29-13 on
Sunday, was good enough to secure the top prize after our other finalist, Kerry Nichols of California, was eliminated when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cruised to an upset victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.Wounded_Warrior_Project_logo.svg

A $7,500 donation will be made by Austin Hardware, in combination with our vendor/partner, Trim-Lok, in Jon’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Congratulations to Jon for his victory. It’s been a VERY tough year to pick winners, making his win very impressive. Congrats to Kerry as well for making it a tough contest.

Thanks to everyone who participated in our first Charity Football Pool. We hope you enjoyed playing and will join us again next season. A special thank you to Trim-Lok as well for their sponsorship.
