What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?
Place your order by 5 pm for in-stock inventory and we can usually ship it the same day.
Will all the parts I order ship from one location?
We stock parts in multiple locations and whenever possible we will ship from the location nearest you. However since inventory location and volume is based on demand sometimes parts will be shipped from multiple locations. If you need specific parts stocked at a location near you, just let us know and we’ll work with you to ensure availability!
Where do I send orders?
Call, fax or e-mail your orders to the Austin location nearest you, or email your sales and customer service representative. Soon you’ll be able to place your orders online as well!
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Your invoice will be mailed to you, or you can call or e-mail our customer service department for a copy.
What if the part I order is out of stock?
We carry parts from over 970 manufacturers and we do our best to keep as many parts as possible in stock. Most parts that are not in stock can be obtained with very short lead times. If you have critical parts that you need in stock, please let us know.
How do I contact someone in a specific Austin Hardware office?
Please call or e-mail your local office, see the contact page of our website. If personnel at the local office is unavailable your call will be redirected to the next available sales associate who may be located at any one of our regional call centers. All of our knowledgeable and conscientious sales representatives, regardless of their location, are happy to assist you.
Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order requirements for stock items, and certain non-stock items as well. Some products may come in specific pack quantities that can’t be broken (for example, certain fasteners may be sold by box, by weight, or per hundred, though many can be purchased one piece at a time). Non-stock items may have a minimum quantity or dollar amount that must be purchased which varies by product and by manufacturer. We will always advise you if a minimum applies.
